DES CŒURS MOUS, L’EAU DORÉE (2024)

The installation des cœurs mous, l’eau dorée calls upon memory as a tool for recognition and reparation. Thoughts become a form of resistance, a space where personal and cultural narratives intertwine, mutually reinforce each other, and sometimes contradict one another. It becomes a sanctuary against systems of oppression—forces that attempt to standardize and erase our narratives. Fragments of images, children's voices, and sounds invite a process of mourning, while evoking an enduring desire to remember. Each step along this journey shapes and redefines the stories we carry.
